Our Mission is to provide our customers with the very best products, with the best service, in a friendly and courteous manner. We will treat everyone in the same way we want to be treated at other businesses. Not necessarily the way we are treated sometimes, but how we all would like to be treated! We don't want you to adapt to us - we seriously want to be all we can be. That's some strong stuff - but its what we believe. What We do - we are in the mobile cart business. Currently, we have mobile grill carts and Italian Ice carts. Our mobile carts sell on the streets of Roanoke, Virginia - we do festivals and special events from Richmond to Bristol - and we cater private and corporate functions. Street Sales - because of environmental health laws governing open air carts, our menu is restricted to approved foods. What that means is this - we are limited to a menu that is safe for vending - like hot dogs & hamburgers. It just so happens that these are our specialty. America loves the hot dog - and nothing is a better summertime favorite. We also have Little Jimmy's Italian Ice carts with more than enough flavors to please every taste! We vary our menu as much as possible. Festivals - you will find us at festivals and special events all over Southwest Virginia. For our mobile grill carts, that means greater menu choices - depending on the festival. We can cook most anything that fits on a grill - a flat grill or a flame grill - we can do it all. And don't forget about that Italian Ice cart. Sometimes we sell more Italian Ice than food - kids and adults love Italian ice! Catering - now we don't do fancy catering affairs - we get down with stuff people like best - that comfort food thing - summertime favorites. The great thing is we come to you with the grills - that's right - we fix your food right before your very eyes! No more wondering if the kitchen's clean. We have foods we like to fix - and you'll love to eat - but we are very open to suggestions. Parties, get- togethers, company picnics, you name it, we can do it. |
